The Righteous Man's Reward

Psalms 111

This psalm pronounces blessing on the man who fears the Lord and delights in his commandments, describing him as generous to the poor, steady in heart, and unafraid of evil report. The sinner who sees this man's honor is filled with anger and gnashes his teeth, and his desire comes to nothing.
