Today, If Ye Will Hear His Voice
Psalms 94
This psalm calls the people to come before the Lord with thanksgiving and worship, since he is the great God and maker of the earth, sea, and mountains. It then warns, in the Lord's own words, not to harden their hearts as their fathers did in the wilderness, who tempted God for forty years and were kept from entering his rest.

Thomsonand that the Lord will not cast off His people: that in His hand are the limits of the earth—and the lofty mountains are His:

ThomsonTo-day, since you have heard His voice, let not your hearts be refractory as at the great provocation—as in the day of the temptation in the desert.
