The Triumphal March of God
Psalms 67
The psalmist calls on God to rise and scatter his enemies while the righteous rejoice, then recounts the Lord's triumphal procession from Sinai through the wilderness to his dwelling in Zion, gathering princes and captives in his train. The chapter closes with a summons to every kingdom of the earth, including Egypt and Ethiopia, to sing praise to the God of Israel enthroned above the heavens.
