The Lord Builds Up Jerusalem
Psalms 146
The psalm praises the Lord for gathering the scattered of Israel and building up Jerusalem, for healing the brokenhearted and numbering and naming the stars, and for providing rain, food for cattle, and care for the young ravens, delighting not in human strength but in those who fear him.
