Numbers 11

The people complain and are struck by fire, then the mixed multitude and Israel weep for meat and despise the manna, prompting Moses to cry out to the Lord under the burden of leading them. The Lord appoints seventy elders to share the spirit of leadership and sends a great wind of quails, but strikes the people with a plague while the meat is still in their mouths.
