Psalms 92
This short psalm proclaims that the Lord reigns, robed in strength, having established the world so that it cannot be moved, with his throne prepared from everlasting. It pictures the rivers and waters lifting up their voice, and declares that the Lord's testimonies and house are holy forever.

ThomsonTHE Lord hath commenced His reign—hath robed Himself with majesty. The Lord hath robed Himself with power and girded it on. For He hath established the world, which cannot be shaken.
BrentonFor the day before the Sabbath, when the land was first inhabited, the praise of a Song by David. The Lord reigns; he has clothed himself with honour: the Lord has clothed and girded himself with strength; for he has established the world, which shall not be moved.
