The Ruler from Bethlehem

Micah 5

From Bethlehem, small among the clans of Judah, one will come forth to be ruler and shepherd of Israel, whose goings forth are from of old, and under him the people will dwell in peace even as the Assyrian threatens the land. The Lord also promises to remove Israel's horses, strongholds, sorceries, and idols, and to execute vengeance on the nations that will not listen.
