Leviticus 12
The Lord gives Moses the law for a woman's purification after bearing a male or female child, specifying the length of her uncleanness and the offerings of a lamb and a bird, or two birds if she cannot afford a lamb.

Thomsonand continue thirty-three days in her impurity. She shall not touch anything that is hallowed, nor come to the sanctuary, until the days of her purification be completed.
