Isaiah 65

The Lord answers that he was found by a people who did not seek him, while a disobedient people who sacrifice in gardens and eat forbidden things provoke him continually, so that judgment falls on them even as a faithful remnant is preserved for his servants' sake. The Lord promises to create a new heaven and a new earth in which Jerusalem will be a joy, sorrow and untimely death will cease, and the wolf and lamb will feed together.
