The Glory Returns

Ezekiel 43

The glory of the God of Israel returns to the temple through the east gate and fills the house, and the Lord declares it to be the place of his throne forever if Israel puts away its idolatry, then gives instructions for consecrating the new altar with sin offerings over seven days.

JPSSeven days shalt thou prepare every day a goat for a sin-offering; they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish.

ThomsonFor seven days they shall offer these sacrifices without blemish, and make atonement for the altar and purify it and shall fill their own hands.
