Deuteronomy 12
Moses commands Israel to destroy the places where the nations worshipped their gods and to bring their offerings, sacrifices, and tithes only to the one place the Lord will choose for his name. Ordinary meat may be eaten in their own towns, but the blood must always be poured out and never eaten.

ThomsonNOW these are the commandments, and the judgments, which you shall be careful to execute, in the land which the Lord the God of your fathers giveth you for a possession, all the days you live in the land.
