David Crowned Over All Israel
2 Samuel 5
All the tribes of Israel come to Hebron and anoint David king over the whole nation, and he captures the Jebusite stronghold of Zion, making it the city of David. Hiram of Tyre sends materials to build David a house, and David twice defeats the Philistines after inquiring of the Lord.
